1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

Account: your email address, a securely hashed password, and the date you agreed to our Terms and this Policy (and which version). We use these to run your account.
Usage counters: how many free and Premium analyses you've used. We use these to enforce plan limits.
Decoder situations: the text you type is sent to our AI provider to produce your analysis. We don't save the situation you type to our database, and our error logs don't record it.
Saved case files: only when you click "Save this report", we store the AI-generated report (not what you typed), its category and title. Only you can view saved files. Reports may still reflect details from your situation.
Subscription: your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan, status and billing dates. We never see or store your full card number.
Legal acceptance: the version of the Terms and this Policy you accepted at sign-up, and the version and time you accepted auto-renewal terms at checkout (stored with your Stripe checkout record).
Feedback: the email, issue type and message you submit through Feedback & Support.

3. Who processes data for us

Lovable — website hosting, database and sign-in, and sending sign-in and password emails.

Stripe — checkout, payments, tax handling, receipts and billing management. Stripe handles card details under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technology

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in stores a login token in your browser; Stripe checkout and embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies. Details: Cookies & Storage.

5. How long we keep it

Account, usage counters and saved case files: until you delete them or your account.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete any saved case file at any time. Deleting your account from My Account permanently removes your login, saved case files, usage counters and subscription records, and cancels any active subscription immediately.

7. Your rights

8. Sensitive information

Situations can involve personal or sensitive matters about you and other people. Please share only what you need to, and leave out names and identifying details.

9. Children

The service isn't intended for anyone under 18.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections. Your data is protected so each person can only reach their own records. No system is perfectly secure.
