30-day free trial, card required. Then $9.99/month, 30 analyses per billing month. Renews automatically. Cancel anytime. No refunds except where the law requires.

Human As Hell Premium is sold by Aligno, LLC, which operates Human As Hell.
Plans
- Free trial: one 30-day free trial per account, with up to 30 successful Decoder analyses. You need to add a payment card to start it; nothing is charged during the trial.
- Premium: $9.99 USD per month. Up to 30 successful analyses per billing month. One plan covering Relationships, Workplace & Leadership, Friendships, and My Own Behavior. No annual plan.
When the trial ends
Unless you cancel before your 30-day trial ends, your card is charged $9.99 USD plus any applicable tax on the day it ends, and Premium starts its first paid month. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. Your trial end date is shown on My Account and the Premium page.
Automatic renewal
Premium renews automatically every month on your billing date, and your payment method is charged $9.99 USD plus any applicable tax until you cancel. Your 30 analyses reset when it renews; unused analyses don't carry over.
Using up your 30
If you use all 30 in a billing month, the Decoder is paused for you until your next renewal date.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from My Account or the Premium page ("Manage or cancel subscription"). Premium stays active until the end of your trial or the month you've already paid for, then stops. You won't be charged again. You can resume before that date with "Resume Premium".
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and we'll ask you to update your card. If payment isn't recovered, Premium ends.
Refunds
Cancelling and refunds are different. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund payments already made.
Payments are non-refundable, including the first charge after your free trial and every monthly renewal, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. The free trial is how you try Premium before paying, so cancel before it ends if it isn't for you.
Billing errors and duplicate charges are always corrected. To report one, contact Feedback & Support with the email address on your account.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels Premium immediately, and you lose any remaining days. Deleting your account doesn't create a refund.
Price changes
We'll tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. We'll give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank statement may show "LINK.COM*" followed by our business name. Stripe sends receipts.
