Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Human As Hell is operated by Aligno, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Aligno", "we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Aligno, LLC covering humanashellhq.org, the Human Decoder, and Premium. Mailing address: 17545 NW 94th Ct, Miami Lakes, FL 33018, USA.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Human Decoder you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. What the service is — and isn't

Human As Hell offers behavioral observations, a public Lexicon, and the Human Decoder, an AI tool that offers a structured reading of a situation you describe. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological or medical care, legal advice, or HR advice. See the AI Disclaimer.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One person per account. Creating accounts to get around usage limits is not allowed, and we may suspend those accounts.

5. Plans and usage

Free trial: one 30-day free trial of Premium per account, with up to 30 successful Decoder analyses. A payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $9.99 USD plus any applicable tax when it ends, and Premium then renews monthly.
Premium: $9.99 USD per month, up to 30 successful Decoder analyses per billing month, renewing automatically until you cancel. No annual plan is offered.
An analysis that fails doesn't count against either limit.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you type. You grant us a limited license to process it only to produce your analysis. Don't submit content you have no right to share, and avoid including other people's names or identifying details. You're responsible for how you use any result.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass, surveil, or target anyone; break the law; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or bypass limits or security; or automate access.

8. Our content

Site text, the Lexicon, and the Human As Hell brand belong to Aligno, LLC. Terms marked "Candidate: Human As Hell Original" are pending clearance; their listing is not a claim of trademark registration or exclusivity.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made based on Decoder output. [PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION: attorney to draft liability cap and consumer-law carve-outs]

10. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what Premium includes, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from My Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides consent to those courts. These Terms do not require binding arbitration.

13. Changes to these Terms

We'll post updated Terms here with a new version date. Material changes will be flagged on the site [PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION: and/or by email].
